Full Description
12 February 1958. Found in clay and gravel at depth of 0.3m (1ft).
Chipped flint axe according to KLM; 'axehead' on NCM card (S1). Also fragment of bone.

Original information from NCM card (S1), altered and grid ref corrected from KLM 6 inch map (S2).
E. Rose (NAU).
F. Healy notes another similar flint tool in KLM from West Winch [2], continuity of daybook number suggests possibly from same site.
