5 October 1989. Stray Find.
Surface find on landscaped area by gravel pit. Roughly flaked two ended gouge made on a thick (about 1.5cm) piece of grey flint with flaking restricted to each side and the cutting ends. 12.3 cm long, 4cm maximum width. Neolithic. Presumably dragged by machine from nearby original land surface. Now held by the NCM (NWHCM : 2001.151.1).
