Summary

It is recorded that this may be the site of a number of undated or possibly Bronze Age ring ditches. However no evidence of these has been seen on the ground, and it is possible that the features described may be a sea mark.

Mound near Lyndhurst - not visited by R. R. Clarke (NCM).
Marked as tumulus by Ordnance Survey. Their records mention four circles, ten paces diameter, round mound to southwest. Another to north.

Ground undulates and soil varies in colour in harrowed field but no certain identification of circles or barrows.
