Summary

A perforated quartz pebble was found here in 1973. These obects are commonly described as pebble maces and are not closely datable, having been found in both Mesolithic and later prehistoric contexts.

Prehistoric perforated quatzite pebble dug up in garden. Probably in secondary context. Information from (S1). These objects are not closely, simple pebble forms such as this having been found in both Mesolithic and later prehistoric contexts.
