Shallow ditches oriented about 290 degrees grid in permanent pasture. Numerous small depressions visible. Trial hole dug in one depression by [1] who found Roman sherds.

Field under pasture with earthworks - date? Site has produced Roman pottery. One of few areas under pasture here, so archaeological deposits may be exceptionally preserved. The earthworks themselves may not be of any great age.
