Long horned ox found in peat, Horn cores and skull preserved in NCM.
R. R. Clarke (NCM).
26 May 1987. Fenland fieldwalking. Context 1 over field.
Young beet, well weathered soil..
Odd flints and couple medieval sherds. FWL ET.
R. Silvester (NAU), 27 May 1987.
One sherd later identified as Roman.
