Summary

In 1975 a medieval well was found during commercial excavation. Subsequent archaeological excavation recovered medieval sherds, a bucket fragment and quern stone. Metal detecting between 2001 and 2019 recovered a Middle Saxon and post-medieval coin and a post-medieval token; and a medieval brooch frame.
