1904. North east of Mickle Hill Tumulus. A bronze mount, rosette shaped attachment plate of Teutonic inspiration perhaps from hanging bowl (or sporran from kilt. R. R. Clarke NCM). Date about 375 A.D. on basis of Dorchester burial. See (S2).
(S1), (S2), (S3), (S4) called Norwich, date this to 450-500 , (S5) dates it to before 450, (S6) (marked on map), (S7), (S8), (S9), (S10).
