Summary

19th-century flint and brick farmhouse with a pantile roof. The gable-end brickwork suggests that the original structure has been heightened and northern and southern extensions have been added since 1935. The farmhouse is part of a 19th-century farm complex consisting of a barn (NHER 63704), stables (NHER 63705), bullock shed (NHER 63706) and probable milking parlour (NHER 63707).

3 February 1986. Field Survey.
19th century farmhouse constructed of flint nodules with brick edging and quoins and a pantile roof. The gable-end brickwork suggests that the original structure has been heightened. Northern and southern extensions have been added since 1935.
An Early to Middle 19th centry date is suggested for this building as it is shown on the 1835 map.
