Summary

Late 19th-century flint and brick building, probably originally a milking parlour. The interior has been stripped of contemporary features. The probable milking parlour is part of a 19th-century farm complex consisting of a farmhouse (NHER 50517), barn (NHER 63704), stables (NHER 63705) and bullock shed (NHER 63706).

Late 19th-century flint and brick building, said by [1] to have been used as a milking parlour. The north wall has several glazed half-height openings and one full-height opening. The interior has been stripped of contemporary features.
A late 19th-century date is suggested for this building as it is shown on the 1906 Ordnance Survey map but not on the 1835 map.
This building is part of a larger farm complex, see NHER 50517, NHER 63704, NHER 63705 and NHER 63706.
