Summary

This is the site of a post medieval windmill, which was built in 1782 and last used in 1904, later demolished in 1912. The mill was a post mill, with spring or Cubitt's sails, with a brick round house. All that remains is a circular hole where the base of the building stood, revetted by the remains of the round house walls.
