Summary

This stone and brick bridge of about 1500 is clearly visible on aerial photographs taken in 1974, 1989 and 1990. The area of the southwest corner may be the site of a 15th century chapel and this area can be seen to be clearly larger than the other ‘bastions'. As such, it would fit with this possibility.
