November 2005.
Examination showed that the above description is basically correct [1]. The farmhouse, coach house and barn all began in the early 18th century and were extended in 1771. The stable must also be of around 1770 yet is in a different style to the other 1771 works. The cart shed is post 1883. This is an important example of a farm showing development through the 18th and 19th centuries but cannot really be called an example of 18th century planning.
