Full Description
Roman urn found 1870 in pit north of road 804m (1/2 mile) west of church - marked on (S1). No evidence for this.
Medieval earthworks and road also called Roman 'no reason for this either Roman'

'An urn or water bottle (Roman) found in old gravel pit 1/4 mile (402m) east southeast rectory. Now penes [1], September 1904'.
