Map

Marked as an antiquity on 6 inch map. 1950s listing (S1) noted this as an 18th century house with shaped gables. Ordnance Survey card says front rebuilt 1938.

3 May 1978. Visit. In fact whole house dates from 1938! Old house demolished after a vain attempt to preserve the shell (information from owners, who say that the previous house was 'ancient', but would not be more specific).
