Summary
Ploughing of parkland near to Salhouse Hall in 1973 unearthed a Neolithic polished flint axe. This example showed slight damage around the cutting edge.

1973. Found after ploughing parkland by Salhouse Hall.
Polished flint axe, slightly damaged at cutting edge.
