Summary

Post medieval metalworking debris and fragments of post medieval pottery and tobacco pipes have been found at this site, suggesting that it was in use as an iron working site in the post medieval period.

Scatter of iron bloom and post medieval pottery: concentrated in corner of No. 16 a few inches below the surface with 18th century pottery and clay pipe stems above and below.
