Summary

An early 17th century brick and flint farmhouse with 20th century alterations. The house has decorative chequered brickwork and a walled garden.

Flint and brick, latter in diaper work.
Southeast gable, stepped, has blocked window and diaper or black and white flint also.
Stepped gable to southwest at northwest end of facade; date plaque 'BTA 1633'.
Windows altered in size, old brick jambs visible; but layout of 5 bays 2 storeys seems original (2 bays being in the crosswing gable wall).
Recent brick porch.
