Forehoe Hills.
Four mounds, ?all barrows, south of Watton to Norwich road.
Meeting place for Forehoe Hundred.
Trees felled 1933.

Barrow A, Context 1 at TG 0819 0552.
29m (32 paces) diameter, 76cm (2' 6") high, flat topped, no visible ditch, possibly dug, tree covered, much overgrown. Could not identify with certainty B, C, or D.

B = context 2 at TG 0814 0550.
C = context 3 at TG 0809 0458.
D = context 4 at TG 0805 0545.
Only context 1 and context 3 scheduled.

Context 1, 28m diameter, 1m high, covered in trees in wood.
Context 2, 26m diameter, 2m high, covered in trees.
Context 3, 19m, 1m high covered in trees west of pit, but spot where context 4 marked, no trace of context 4.

Barrow A free of bracken and scrub, supports mature holly. Some old animal burrows.
Barrow B covered in bracken and mature conifer, one small tree uprooted.
Barrow C also covered in bracken and conifer. Brush cut when necessary for shooting.
Forest Authority may advise some felling of mature trees.
