Full Description
1971. Grey ware sherds; surface finds. Found near Peddar's Way on
Merton Hall estate in woods.
T. Clough (NCM).
1971. In wood near pond. Scatter on surface of sherds ?disturbed when sandpit dug, as apparently clean soil beneath. Covered area of 27m by 27m (30 by 30 yards.
