Summary

A medieval moat, surviving in good condition in a landscaped garden. The east and west arms are still filled with water.

1.9m deep and 14m wide; north arm is 1.6m deep and 5m wide; east arm is revetted with flints, 1.3m deep and 8m wide. East and west arms water-filled.

Site in excellent condition in landscaped garden. Owner carried out dredging of part of moat within the last two years. He did not note 'anything of interest'.
