Summary

Several black patches of unknown date and origin were noted at the top of a steep slope in 1969. The available aerial photographs were examined and these are thought to be geological features.

Examination of the available aerial photographs (S1) revealed several cropmarks caused by geological patterning, which are not archaeological in nature.
