Summary

In 1934 a Bronze Age sickle was found in this area and later on in 1937 several Neolithic flint arrowheads were recovered from the same location. It is possible these items come from a collector's dump.

Full Description

1937. Corner of Eaton Road and Newmarket Road. From same site as bronze sickle.
One flint leaf-shaped arrowhead, one flint barbed and tanged arrowhead, one flint fabricator.

?Tip of refuse or collectors dump.
