Summary

An undated shallow oval mound can be seen on aerial photographs and as an earthwork on the ground. The earthworks of a medieval to post medieval date track or boundary are also visible on aerial photographs at this site.

At TG 2108 0429 is a shallow grass covered oval mound 0.2m high by 40.0m in diameter. The ground is old parkland.

In parkland, difficult to be certain of location, in undulating grass land, grazed by horses, some mole disturbance.

March 2009. Norfolk NMP.
The possible earthworks of a sunken track or boundary ditch, of probable medieval to post medieval date, are visible on aerial photographs within the area of Keswick Park (S2-S3). The site is centred on TG 2111 0429. A section of bank runs alongside part of this track or boundary. It is not clear how these earthworks relate to the previously recorded oval mound at this approximate location.
