Ploughed up at Context 7:
Roman material, including several complete kiln wasters, indicating the site of a kiln. See watercolour sketch of waster (S1).
Material "presented to parish" (held, at least for a time, by St Peter's Chuch, Brampton).

Kiln excavated by NCM staff after dump of pottery (including wasters) exposed during digging for sewage plant.
