Summary

The low earthworks and cropmarks of a possible undated rectilinear ditched enclosure, which may relate to a medieval moat, are visible on visualised lidar data form a survey flown 2021 and on aerial photographs. The western and southern arms are mapped on the Tithe Map and Ordnance Survey 1st edition 6" map. It is also possible that the features could relate to former post medieval boundaries or drains.
