Summary

Six ring ditches, most likely relating to the site of Bronze Age round barrows and a possible pond barrow, are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. The features most likely form a Bronze Age barrow cemetery.

Six ring ditches, most likely relating to the site of Bronze Age round barrows (NHER 11689, 11690, 68097, 68098, 68099 and 68101) and a possible pond barrow (NHER 11690), are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S2-S8). Three of the ring ditches (NHER 11690, 68097 and 68098) are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 (S1). The features are subsequently levelled and are visible as cropmarks on later aerial photographs (S2-S8). The ring ditches most likely form a Bronze Age barrow cemetery.
